I went to the location later there was only one person working everything, and his name was Rigo. Rigo was performing the smog checks, he was checking people in, he was taking payments! I waited about 30min since there were others ahead of me, but once it was my turn I was done in about 10min. This is the place to go! Friendly, EXCELLENT customer service, and quick & thorough job, not to mention you can't beat the price. Thank you Horizon Smog, you now have a loyal customer!
