The staff wasn't overly friendly but they get the job done and honestly who has time for pleasantries when it's 95 degrees and you're dealing with an endless line of people coming in for smog tests. I can imagine it's no fun not to pass and that can probably lead to some less-than-polite interactions with customers. Mine passed and they made sure to get the info over to the DMV right away so I could finish my registration. They still honor the online coupon so make sure to get it and save it on your phone before you go in-show it up front. I went on a weekday afternoon and it was a 90 minute wait, which was a bit surprising. Maybe, making an appointment is the way to go? Anyway, I won't have to come back for another 2 years but would use them again, read less

I gave him my keys and got my kids out of the car and he said that there was a park right across the street I could take my kids to while he smogged my vehicle! It was awesome. I showed up no appointment, The guy was nice & polite, he put me in line, (i was the 4th car to be next), told me about 45 mins, SO i left WITH my car and he called my cell phone when it was my turn for a smog, i can back & was out of there in 15 mins flat.
